QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS

1. We don’t know each other and you have never met my cat(s). How will I tell if this arrangement will work?

Answer. A free consultation will be set up at your home where I will meet you and your cat(s) and you will let me know what your expectations are at pet sitting visits. You are under no obligation to the company at this time. I will bring along a detailed cat and client form that you might be interested in filling out .

2. My cat is very shy and nervous with strangers and hides so is this the best arrangement ?

Answer. That should not be a problem. Under all circumstances cats do best at home and like to know there are people around. Also cats will never forget to come out and eat. Over time soft conversation can even lead to a little petting and before you know it a relationship will form.

3. What happens if my cat becomes very ill or injured when I am away?

Answer. The cat will be taken straight to the vet but I will always attempt to contact you first to follow your instructions. Prior information in emergency situations will be documented on Cyrelle’s Cat Care forms

4. Other than you will there be anyone else coming into my home?

Answer. No. Just myself will be looking after your cat(s) and home. There will absolutely be no one else.

5. Can I be in touch with you while I am away so I can know how my cat(s) are doing ?

Answer. Most certainly. You can contact me at any time. We can correspond by either phone or e-mail.
